PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we protect your information and governs our use of the information you provide when you use LogmeOnce, along with any successor websites that we may determine from time to time.

This Privacy Policy specifically incorporates our Terms of Service published at https://www.logmeonce.com/legal/. This Privacy Policy is applicable to all the LogmeOnce platform, password management solutions, and all the products, services, applications, websites and updates therein (the “Services”). LogmeOnce, may, from time to time, introduce new Services. To the extent that this Privacy Policy applies to the new Services, we will notify you as described below.

By accessing or otherwise using LogmeOnce Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. As far as it is consistent with applicable laws and regulations, you also agree and consent to functionalities and information practices of the present and future Services. If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy as applicable to present and future Services, you must not access or use the Services.

Note that some of our products are standalone products, collect only limited information or no information at all. Not every section of this Privacy Policy will apply to these products.

GENERAL

  1. LogmeOnce, in providing the Services, comply with provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
  2.
    PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    Registration Information

  3. When you sign up for an account with us, we collect and store information that specifically identifies you, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and other information you may submit.
  4. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. If you choose to contact us through email or chat, we may retain the content of your messages together with your email address and our responses.
  5.

    Credit Card Information

  6. If you pay for a LogmeOnce service directly from us, we collect your credit card number, expiration date, security code and other applicable billing information. We use this information to bill you for services. LogmeOnce uses third-party payment processors and therefore has only limited information about your payment transactions.
  7.

    NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    Device Information

  8. When you use LogmeOnce, our servers automatically record certain information about your mobile devices. This information may include an equipment identifier (e.g., IMEI, UDID), subscriber identifier (e.g., IMSI), device name, mobile phone number, device type and manufacturer, operating system type and version, wireless carrier/operator, network type, country of origin, location information, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the dates and times of your requests. We use this information to provide our services, and support if needed, and to create de-identified or aggregate information about our users. For example, collecting your device’s phone number allows the service to contact your phone via SMS when you locate your phone from the LogmeOnce web Services.
  9.
    Social Media Features

  10. Our website includes social media Features (“Features”), like the Facebook recommend button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. If you use these Features, they will collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Features may be hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the Feature, not by our Privacy Policy.
  11.
    Your Use of LogmeOnce Services

  12. We use analytics software so that we can improve the features and usability of the Services. This software may analyze information such as how often you use the Services, the events that occur within the Services, and where the Services was downloaded. We may also use such information to show you relevant content and suggest new features, products and services that can enhance your use of LogmeOnce. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile app.
  13.
Your Use of LogmeOnce Website and Emails

  14. We use analytics services to measure how people use our website and emails so that we can improve our products and services and provide more relevant content to you. Analytics services may work by embedding invisible images that are associated with unique identifiers on our site, by using cookies or other local device storage or by using web beacons, web bugs, clear gifs, and similar tracking technologies.
  15.
    Location Information

  16. Some features we offer work better if we know what area you are in. LogmeOnce may collect location information in two ways. We may receive it directly from your mobile device, or, in some situations, we may receive location data from cell tower or Wi-Fi hotspot information. We may use third-party service providers to translate that information into usable location information.
  17.
Other Information You Provide to Us

  18. To the extent you use our Website or Services to voluntarily provide us with any other information, we may collect such information and use it for the purposes for which you provided such information, or as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. We also collect information described in the following section.
  19.

    b) To inform you of any changes to our website, services or goods and products.
    c) To improve our website.
    d) To improve customer service.
    e) To process transactions.

  22. We may use the non-personal information solely to improve our products and to provide customized services or technologies to you.
  23. We will never rent, sell or provide your personal information to any third parties, unless you request and agree to it. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purposes stated in this policy.
  24.

  25. We transfer information to vendors, service providers, and other partners who globally support our business, such as providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Services are used, measuring the effectiveness of ads and services, providing customer service, facilitating payments, or conducting academic research and surveys. These partners must adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in a way that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and the agreements we enter into with them.

In some cases, we may allow you to connect data you have already provided through another service (e.g., Google, Facebook, Twitter or Paypal).
  28. When we develop this sort of connection, we do not locally store or process any of your data; rather, we connect the third-party service directly with the service you are accessing, which is hosted through a third party with which we have no, or limited, contact. Some of our services may provide e-commerce solutions that allow you to purchase goods and services online. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or location based information) on our website, within the LogmeOnce app, or in our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure additional layer of security using AES 256. We also perform third-party penetration tests to harden our systems from attack.

To that end, we periodically review our security measures. We cannot guarantee, in every circumstance, the security of the personally identifiable information you provide. All incoming encrypted information is routed through our firewall, which serves as a gatekeeper for our system. Only data containing the correct authorization is permitted past the firewall. Attempts to pass the firewall are constantly monitored for suspicious activity.
